Tree Surveys & Reports A full inventory of the trees on a site, giving you a clear starting point before design or consenting begins.

Tree Risk & Health Reporting and Monitoring Independent tree health and condition assessments, including formal tree risk assessment (TRAQ), to support asset management, insurance, or development decisions. Where ongoing oversight is needed, we monitor tree condition over time and report back with clear, practical recommendations.

STEM -Tree Valuation Independent tree valuations to support insurance claims, compensation calculations, or asset planning, using recognised valuation methodology.

Development & Resource Consent Support Practical advice on tree related resource consent conditions and how existing trees affect a resource consent application or development proposal, covering district plan tree rules, protected tree status, and liaison with council through the consent process.

Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA) Independent assessment of how a proposed development will affect existing trees, prepared to support resource consent applications and give planners and developers a clear basis for decision-making.

Tree Protection Management Plans (TPMP)Practical, site specific TPMPs that set out how trees will be protected through design, consenting, and construction. Giving councils, contractors, and project teams a clear, workable reference from day one.

Council Tree Owner Approval Preparing and managing Tree Owner Approval applications for work on council managed trees, including all liaison with council through to sign off.

Construction Advice & Stand-Over On-site supervision and contractor liaison to keep construction activity compliant with approved tree protection measures and consent conditions. Our Arborist input is practical, solutions-focused, and always working toward the project's outcomes, not against the programme.

Complex Tree Work Management Planning and oversight of technically difficult or high-risk tree work, coordinating specialist contractors, managing site risk, and ensuring the work is carried out safely and to the required standard.
